A brief description：
The payment business is based on the fund management capability of the JuanCash payment merchant platform. In order to facilitate merchants' payment to bank cards or third-party e-wallets, some merchants with development capabilities are provided with the function of paying to bank cards or third-party wallets through APIs.
- The merchant is requested to reasonably set the payment frequency in its own system and do a good job of concurrency control to prevent the risk of wrong payment.
- The financial loss caused by the problems in the merchant's own system settings shall be borne by the merchant itself.
